Open Circles was a project involving a series of online invitations offering high quality Creative Development and Wellbeing through Meditation, Mindfulness, Vision Journeys, Creative Writing, and Sound based activities.

Designed and Led by HEARTHSTONE Ways’ Creative Director and artist Luminara Florescu, the project encouraged public engagement and collaboration in creating artworks that became part of a final film which featured the artworks and responses from participants. (see below)

Over 50 participants took part in the sessions aimed at artists and non-artists who were on a low income, struggling with isolation, mental health issues or had lost confidence in their creative practice.

 

Open Circles also supported local South West based artists by offering paid opportunities to run online sessions supported by Luminara as part of the project.
